So consider adding more raw cacao into your diet. Consuming raw cacao at home every day is very simple, especially if you™re a chocolate lover. Cacao can be added to smoothies, raw ice cream, or other desserts. It can also be sprinkled on food and fresh fruit, such as bananas, peaches, mangos, and berries. Adding raw cacao powder to your favorite nut butter is a great way to give them a delicious chocolate flavor. Cacao pairs wonderfully with sweeteners such as agave, stevia, lucuma powder, honey, and vanilla.
