Maca Root Benefits | Raw Organic Maca (Lepidium megenii)

Maca (also known as Lepidium megenii) is a root vegetable that grows at a higher altitude that any other plant in the world, in the Andes Mountains of Peru. In ancient times, it was only available to the elite class of the Incas and given as a reward to warriors.
